MQP continues to seek equipment and processes which offer cost effective casthouse solutions and has joined forces with Moduloc Control Systems to distribute their digital laser system for control of molten aluminium level.
In the Moduloc System high resolution digital camera laser sensors provide precise metal level measurement to less than 0.5mm. Complete customised systems are supplied with sensors, actuators and plc control for billet or slab casting.
