MQP formed in the year 2000 by John Courtenay, the current Chairman, is based in the UK with offices and facilities located in North America, China, Europe and a network of agents and distributors.
PEOPLE
The management team at MQP consists of accomplished professionals in aluminium technology and complementary disciplines.
Several team members were previously employed in senior roles within the Foseco organisation namely John Courtenay, Chairman and Richard Dean, International Sales and Marketing Director,
Richard Courtenay, is MQP’s Managing Director and CEO, responsible for overall strategy and operations of the business.
PHILOSOPHY
The Company’s guiding philosophy from inception has been to develop and introduce innovative technology for casthouses worldwide with the overall aim of improving quality and reducing operating costs. The formation of close partnerships with suppliers and key customers has always been fundamental to the pursuit of this strategy.
MQP is fully committed to actively supporting the industry by working alongside their personnel on casthouse projects. MQP also continues to be involved closely with academic and industrial research establishments in sponsoring innovative projects related to casthouse technology and bringing the results into the industry.
