Why are we asking for your information?

It is important that Rainer Developments Limited understands your views on the development proposals owing to your interest in the site.

Your comments will be considered in the evolution of the proposals and will be analysed and reported in a Statement of Community Involvement that will be submitted to [LPA] as part of the planning application. The results of the consultation may also be shared publicly, but no personal information that could identify individual respondents will be included within the report or any publicised results.

How the information you provide will be used

Rainer Developments Limited will process any personal data lawfully in line with the principle of Legitimate Interests as defined in GDPR.

At Rainer, we take your privacy seriously. Any personal information that you provide to us will be held securely and will be securely destroyed as soon as it is no longer required. Under no circumstances will personal data be shared with third parties or for direct marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access the information that you have provided us, to have the data corrected if you believe it is inaccurate, to restrict it for processing, to object to your data being processed based on legitimate interests or to have your data deleted.
